Faculty of Pedagogy

The Faculty of Pedagogy of RUE was established based on the requirements of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 24, 2019 No. 1028 "On measures to improve the activities of non-governmental educational organizations".
 
The purpose of the faculty is to train independent thinking highly qualified personnel with modern knowledge and high spiritual and moral qualities, to bring the private national school to the international arena.
 
The motto of the faculty: The foundation of investment is education, and the basis of business is healthy competition. The main principle of activity is "Development based on national and universal values".
 
The future plans of the faculty of "Pedagogy" are as follows: establishing an educational process based on the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) and fully implementing it in the educational process; gradually preparing faculty members to conduct scientific research based on international standards ;Improving the organization of planning, deepening and improving the quality of the educational process in accordance with the international practice of introducing the latest pedagogical technologies and teaching methods;Organizing education and research activities taking into account foreign and national rating indicators;Legal Business Coaching trainings to guide graduates to the profession organization.

Basic doctoral student of Tashkent State Technical University. Currently, he is conducting scientific research on the topic "Development of innovative solutions to improve the working conditions of users of computers and video terminals in the educational system."
 
Work experience:
Navoi Mine Metallurgical Combine worked as a technical supervisor of the Marjonbulok mine UJKX of the Southern Mining Department, an apparatchik-hydrometallurgist of the Sorption Department, a lab assistant in the Industrial Experimental Section of the Marjonbulok Gold Separation Shop, an assistant and a senior teacher at the Tashkent State Technical University.

Education and Research:Master’s degree from the Institute of Civil Defense under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.Doctoral candidate at Tashkent State Technical University.Currently conducting research on the topic: “Developing innovative solutions to improve working conditions for users of computers and video terminals in the education system.”

Work Experience:Has worked as a technical inspector in the UJKX department at the Marjonbuloq mine of the Southern Mining Administration of the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine; as an apparatus operator–hydrometallurgist in the Sorption Department; as a laboratory assistant in the pilot production unit of the Marjonbuloq gold extraction plant; and as an assistant and senior lecturer at Tashkent State Technical University.

Mirxodjayeva Dilobar Davronbekovna

Field of scientific interests: Psychology, Psychological training, branches of psychology.
 
Education and research: Studied at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology in the field of "Vocational Education". In 2021, he defended his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) dissertation at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology on the topic "Investigation of the influence of flours obtained from leguminous grain crops on the quality of bread products".
